THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 24th day of June, 2024, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Fund listed on Appendix A to this Agreement (the “Fund” ), a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, MAIN MANAGEMENT FUND ADVISORS, LLC (the “Advisor”).
