THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 16th day of October, 2024, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST IV, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Funds listed on Appendix A to this Agreement (each a “Fund” and together, the “Fund”), each a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Funds, FULCRUM ASSET MANAGEMENT LLP (the “Advisor”).
