THIS AGREEMENT is made as of June 30th, 2010 by and among PNC GLOBAL INVESTMENT SERVICING (U.S.) INC., a Massachusetts corporation (“PNC”), PNC CAPITAL ADVISORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“PNC Capital,” and collectively with PNC, the “Administrators”), and PNC FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Fund”).
