By entering into this Confidentiality and Restrictive Covenants Agreement (this “Agreement”), I acknowledge that IQVIA Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“IQVIA”), and its Subsidiaries (as defined below) (collectively, the “Company”) has an interest in protecting its confidential information and that as a material inducement to enter into this Agreement, IQVIA is allowing me to have access to IQVIA’s Confidential Information as part of my performance of services as an employee of IQVIA.
