(the “Company”), Citibank, N.A., as Depositary (the “Depositary”), and all Holders and Beneficial Owners from time to time of American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) evidencing American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) issued thereunder, with two (2) ADSs representing one (1) Share (the “Shares”) of the Company.
