Geospace Technologies Corporation (the “Company”), pursuant to the Geospace Technologies Corporation 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), hereby awards to you, the above-named Grantee, effective as of the Grant Date set forth above, a Incentive stock option (the “Option”) to purchase shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s Common Stock, $0.01 par value per share (the “Common Stock”) for the exercise price set forth above for each Share subject to the Option, subject to adjustment as provided in the Plan.
