Scott's Liquid Gold-Inc., a Colorado corporation, originally adopted the Scott's Liquid Gold-Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (the "Plan"), effective October 3, 1978, for the exclusive benefit of its Employees and their beneficiaries.
