BY ACCEPTING THIS MSSP ADDENDUM INCLUDING ALL APPLICABLE TERMS REFERENCED HEREIN AS BEING INCORPORATED INTO AND GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT (“MSSP ADDENDUM” OR “ADDENDUM”), YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY IDENTIFIED IN THE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THE PARTNER PROGRAM, AND YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ADDENDUM. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETAIN A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS. WHEN YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS, YOU WILL BE REFERRED TO AS MSSP. THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ADDENDUM IS THE DATE YOU ACCEPT THIS MSSP ADDENDUM.
