LEASE MODIFICATION, EXTENSION AND ADDITIONAL SPACE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of the 27th day of September, 2010 between SLG 810 Seventh Lessee LLC, having an office c/o SL Green Realty Corp., 420 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”) and Delcath Systems, Inc., having an office at 810 Seventh Avenue, New York, New York (hereinafter referred to as “Tenant”).
