OPERATING AGREEMENT, dated as of December 31, 2010, by 21st Century Oncology of Jacksonville, LLC as the sole member (the “Member”) of JACKSONVILLE RADIATION THERAPY SERVICES, LLC (the “Company”). Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized words and phrases in this Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) shall have the meanings set forth in the Glossary of Terms attached hereto as Exhibit A.
