This PRODUCT DESIGNS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 6th day of January, 2006 (“Effective Date”), by and between Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Intel”), and Micron Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Micron”).
