THIS AGREEMENT dated as of entered into by and between the Public Employer Risk Management Association, Inc. (“PERMA”), a New York not-for-profit corporation having its principal place of business at 9 Cornell Road, Latham, New York 12110 and Village of Tuxedo Park, a village, having its principal place of business at PO Box 31, 80 Lorillard Road, Tuxedo Park, NY, 10987 (the “Member”), for administrative services to be provided by PERMA in connection with the Member’s obligation to provide workers’ compensation benefits for and to its employees.
