(“Borrower”), a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at Three Pickwick Plaza, Suite 250, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830, for the benefit of TEACHERS INSURANCE AND ANNUITY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (“TIAA”), a New York corporation, having an address at 730 Third Avenue, New York, New York 10017 and New York Life Insurance Company (“NYLIC”), a New York mutual insurance company, having an address at 51 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10010 (collectively, TIAA and NYLIC are referred to herein as (the “Lender”).
