Upon the Effective Date, this Agreement supersedes the change in control and severance provisions of that certain offer letter agreement between the Company and Executive, as amended (the “Offer Letter”), in their entirety. Pursuant to the letter dated August 2, 2017 regarding the terms of your transition and retirement as Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products, Inc.
