In consideration of your continued employment with SONUS Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), you and the Company entered into a Change in Control Agreement dated October 10TH, 2003 (the “Prior Agreement’”). This Agreement takes effect on the date set forth above.
