On November 4, 2009, you submitted, on behalf of Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP), an executed transmission interconnection agreement between Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS) as interconnection provider, West Texas Municipal Power Agency (WTMPA) as customer, and SPP as transmission service provider, allowing SPS to provide interconnection service to WTMPA. You also submitted a notice of cancellation for a prior interconnection agreement between SPS and WTMPA.1 Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation - Central, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, the WTMPA transmission interconnection agreement is accepted for filing, effective January 1, 2010, and the notice of cancellation is accepted effective December 31, 2009, as requested.
