Akceptace Žádosti a poskytnutí Čerpání. Banka poskytne Čerpání po schválení Žádosti. Poskytnutí Čerpání se považuje za akceptaci Žádosti Bankou. Žádost musí být Klientem řádně vyplněná a podepsaná. Předloženou Žádost nelze bez předchozího souhlasu Banky měnit nebo zrušit. Po doručení Žádosti je Banka oprávněna stanovit dodatečné podmínky Čerpání, které musí být Klientem před Čerpáním splněny. V případě akceptace Žádosti Bankou jsou Klient a Banka vázány rovněž podmínkami uvedenými v příslušné Žádosti. V případě rozporu mezi ustanoveními Podmínek a Žádosti mají přednost ustanovení příslušné Žádosti. Acceptance of the Application and Provision of the Drawdown. The Bank shall provide the Drawdown upon the approval of the Application. Provision of the Drawdown shall be deemed as acceptance of the Application by the Bank. The Application shall be duly filled in and signed by the Client. The submitted Application shall not be changed or cancelled without the prior consent of the Bank. After the Application is delivered, the Bank is entitled to stipulate additional conditions for the Drawdown that the Client shall fulfil before the Drawdown. If the Application is accepted by the Bank, the Client and the Bank shall also be bound by the terms and conditions set out in the respective Application. In case of any discrepancy between the Conditions and the Application, the provisions of the respective Application shall prevail.
