APPLICABLE LAW. The Standard License Agreement is subject to the laws of Italy. In the event of any controversy between the parties exclusive jurisdiction shall be in the law courts of Rome, Italy, to which the parties agree to submit. The parties also waive any claim or defense of inconvenient forum.
