Completion Date, Delivery, and Acceptance of the Work. The place of performance is: Xxxxxxx Academy of Performing Arts: Music Faculty, Xxxxxxxxxx xxx. 609/6, 662 15 Brno, classroom No 02 The contractor commits to carry out the work within these deadlines: commencement of the work: immediately after the publication of the signed contract for the implementation of the public contract in the Register of Contracts of the Czech Republic (the client assumes that the contract with the selected participant will be concluded without undue delay after the completion of the procurement procedure); partial acceptance of the work will proceed according to the approved time schedule of the instrument’s production based on inspections at the contractor’s premises and subsequently during the installation phase at the place of performance based on inspections at the place of performance; delivery, installation, and final handover of the subject of performance of the public contract no later than 30 September 2026. This deadline applies even in the event of proceedings initiated at the Office for the Protection of Competition or a lawsuit filed at the administrative court concerning the public contract on which the contract is based. The contracting parties will agree on a reasonable extension of the performance deadline set by this contract, should it not be possible to commence or continue work for reasons on the client’s side.
