PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. 1. The Mandatary performs the order at the place of his/her residence, and participates on the sessions of the Evaluation Committee at the place appointed by the Mandator. 2. The performing of contractual activities under the art. I of this contract shall be documented by submitted reports following from the character of the activities stated in the art. I paragraph 1. The reports shall be submitted either through the online programme SASPRO 2 system, electronically or in person to the staff of the SAS Department of Research and Development or in person to the Chairman of the Evaluation committee. The way of submitting the reports/outputs shall be predetermined by the Mandator. The Mandatary shall be informed on the procedure of submitting sufficiently in advance electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Mandatary. V.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. 4.1. The place of the performance of this contract shall be VTSÚ Záhorie facilities.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE. Place of performance is the place of transfer of the subject matter of the contract mentioned in the order. The place of performance for the payment is the registered office of Xxxxxx CZ. The benefit and risk of the ordered subject matter defined in the contract shall in no event be transferred to Bühler CZ before delivery at the place of performance mentioned in the order.
