CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND PARTICIPANTS. a) The Beneficiary must ensure that the activities of the project for which the grant support was awarded are eligible in accordance with the rules set out in this Agreement and the Guide for Applicants for each Outcome. b) Activities undertaken that are not compliant with the rules set out in this Agreement and the Guide for Applicants and Beneficiaries as complemented by the rules set out in this Annex must be declared ineligible by DZS and the grant amounts corresponding to the activities concerned must be reimbursed in full. The reimbursement must cover all the budget categories for which the grant was awarded in relation to the activity that is declared ineligible. c) The eligible minimum duration of mobility activities is specified in the Guide for Applicants valid for the relevant Call for proposals. d) In case of the budget categories travel, individual support (subsistence), transnational project meetings, special needs support, the participants of the activities must be employees of the Beneficiary or the Project Partners. e) The grant may not produce a profit for the Beneficiary/Project Partners. Profit means the surplus of the total receipts of the project over the total eligible expenditures of the project. f) If the Beneficiary or Project Partners produce educational materials under the scope of the project, such materials must be made available through the Internet, free of charge and under open licenses.
