Delivery of Goods. 3.1. The Seller shall be obliged to deliver goods in the quality and make that correspond with the relevant technical data sheets and in the quantity and by the dates specified in the Purchase Contract. The Buyer shall be obliged to accept even partial performance from the Seller as well as the Seller's possible premature performance.
Delivery of Goods. 1. Goods are delivered to the destination and on the date specified in the Contract. Along with the shipment, the Customer receives a detailed delivery note with a description and quantity of delivered goods or services. HPST is liable for loss or damage of goods until they are handed over to the Customer by the carrier. The Customer confirms receipt of goods by signing the transport documents. At this stage, the Customer confirms that the shipment has the number of packages (boxes, pallets, etc.) corresponding to the transport document and that it is not clearly damaged.
Delivery of Goods. 9.1. Without any affect to the provisions of article 10., the goods is considered to be delivered on the date the VMT Ecopack informs the Buyer in writing that the goods is prepared to be dispatched, or on the date the goods is loaded on a vehicle of the VMT Ecopack or on the VMT Ecopack´ s behalf to the agreed destination.
Delivery of Goods. 5.1. Method of delivery. The Buyer can choose from the delivery methods listed on the Seller's website in the section Shopping at xxxxx.xx. The Buyer acknowledges that not all delivery methods listed may be provided for every item, particularly due to size or weight. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the carrier chosen by the Buyer and shall notify the Buyer of such change. Such a change will not mean higher delivery costs for the Buyer. In the case of a purchase outside the online shop, the Parties shall agree on the method of delivery of the goods before the conclusion of the Purchase Contract. If the Buyer is interested in delivery of goods outside the European Union, it is necessary to contact the Seller at the e-mail address xxxx.xx@xxxxx.xx. In this case, the provisions of paragraph 3.7 of the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
