Dispute Resolution. Any and all disputes arising under the Frame Agreement or in connection therewith shall be decided by the general courts of the Czech Republic.
Dispute Resolution. 13.1. The parties agree that the mutual legal relations arising from this Contract are governed by the závaznými právními předpisy Spolkové republiky Německo.
Dispute Resolution. If any dispute arises in connection with this Agreement, directors or other senior representatives of the parties with authority to settle the dispute will, within 30 days of a written request from one party to the other, meet in a good faith effort to resolve the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved at that meeting, the parties will attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedure and the mediation will start, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, within 28 days of one party issuing a request to mediate to the other. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the mediator will be nominated by CEDR. The mediation will take place in England and the language of the mediation will be English. The Mediation Agreement referred to in the Model Procedure shall be governed by, and construed and take effect in accordance with, the substantive law of England and Wales. If the dispute is not settled by mediation within 14 days of commencement of the mediation or within such further period as the parties may agree in writing, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. CEDR shall be the appointing body and administer the arbitration. CEDR shall apply the UNCITRAL rules in force at the time the arbitration is initiated. The commencement of a mediation or arbitration shall not prevent the parties commencing or continuing court proceedings. This Agreement shall be governed by English Law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Dispute Resolution. 1. The Parties shall endeavour to settle any of their disagreement or dispute arising from this Agreement in a peaceful way, through negotiations, out of court, through arrangement and direct negotiation.
Dispute Resolution. 51. The Contracting Parties agree that the legal relationships arising out of this Contract shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Czech Republic.
