Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Czech Republic, excluding the United Nations Convention of the International Sale of Goods. For any disputes that cannot be resolved between the Parties, the Parties agree that the jurisdiction for any resolution of disputes shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Czech Republic. 13.4
