Governing Legislation. The Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech law with the exclusion of the conflicts of law. The legal relationships of the Parties to the Agreement that are not expressly provided for by the Agreement, are governed by the provisions of the Commercial Code and other generally binding legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
