Inactivity. Revolgy reserves the right to terminate the Services, if, for a period exceeding 180 days, Customer (a) has failed to access the Admin Console, (b) a Project has no active virtual machine or storage resources or an Application has not served any requests, and (c) no invoices are being generated.
