Obecná ustanovení 4.5 Miscellaneous. 4.5.1 Určení oprávněné osoby Pro stanovení oprávněné osoby platí následující pravidla: oprávněnou osobou je příslušný pojištěný, pokud smlouva nebo podmínky nestanoví pro jednotlivá dílčí pojištění jinak. Pokud je pojistnou událostí smrt pojištěného, oprávněná osoba se určí na základě pravidel stanovených zákonem, ledaže smlouva nebo podmínky stanoví pro jednotlivá dílčí pojištění jinak. 4.5.1 Determination of the beneficiary The following rules shall apply for determination of the beneficiary: It is the relevant insured who shall be the beneficiary, unless the policy or the conditions set out otherwise in respect of individual covers hereunder.
