OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER AND THE CLIENT. The client undertakes to present his identification card, passport or another valid document to prove his identity upon arrival. The receptionist enters his personal data in the accommodation program that replaces the accommodation book. The client undertakes to pay to the accommodation provider for accommodation and related services the price within the terms mentioned below. The client is entitled to the right to use the area assigned for him as well as to use the common areas of the hotel and all services related to accommodation. The accommodation provider rents to his client a room that was reserved for him in an appropriate state and guarantees him that all his rights connected with the accommodation will stay intact. The client is entitled to use his room and hotel areas properly and is not entitled to make any fundamental changes in the room without previous consent.
