Personal Data means personal data within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data and any local legislation pertaining to processing of Personal Data.
Personal Data means any information that can be used to identify an individual and may include name, address, email address, phone number, login information (account number and password), marketing preferences, social media account information, or payment card number.
Personal Data means any information relating to a Data Subject which is protected under Data Protection Law. For the purposes of the DPA, it includes only personal data which is supplied to or accessed by SAP or its Subprocessors in order to provide the SAP Support or Professional Services under the Agreement.

Each party will promptly return to the other or destroy all Personal Data that is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was made available, unless otherwise instructed by the other or its personnel or required by law.
This Annex 1 includes certain details of the Processing of Company Personal Data as required by Article 28(3) GDPR.
Each party agrees that Personal Data will only be used, accessed, managed, transferred, disclosed to third parties, or otherwise processed to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was made available.
GDPR: By signing this Agreement, the Seller, as a data subject, confirms that the Purchaser, as a data controller, has fulfilled an obligation to inform it, in the meaning of the provisions of Section 11 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, concerning, in particular, the scope, purpose, method, and places of the processing of the data of the data subject, and the possibilities of their handling, as well as the processor.
If the Processor breaches the Regulation and the Agreement by specifying the purposes and means for the processing of the Personal Data, it is considered to be the controller in relation to such processing.
More Definitions of Personal Data
Personal Data means any information relating to a Data Subject. “Process” and variants of it, such as “processing” (whether capitalised or not) means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. “Trial Personal Data” means any Personal Data which the Institution and Investigator process in connection with the activities they undertake under this Agreement (including Personal Data of Trial Subjects, Staff, the Investigator, healthcare professionals, clinical
Personal Data. “Process/Processing”, “Controller”, “Processor” and “Data Subject” shall have the same meaning as in the Directive and shall also include these terms, or corresponding terms, as defined under any other Data Protection and Privacy Laws. Personal Data shall include patient-level key-coded data and images.
Personal Data means, for the purpose of this Agreement, any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Each such concluded Order will be deemed incorporated by reference into and governed by this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and an Order, the terms of this Agreement prevail. Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ROCHE and/or any of its Affiliates will provide CUSTOMER with the IT Solutions and Services as set forth in the Order. ROCHE and/or any of its Affiliates will make the IT Solutions available to CUSTOMER (e.g. through the internet), and will provide other Services (e.g. through the internet, by telephone or in-person) as specified in the applicable Order. CUSTOMER hereby acknowledges and agrees that ROCHE may provide certain Services by engaging subcontractors, consultants and other third parties at XXXXX’x sole discretion.
