Definice Personal Data
Personal Data means personal data within the meaning of Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data and any local legislation pertaining to processing of Personal Data.
Personal Data means data, including but not limited to criminal justice information, and other information which corresponds to a living individual person defined to be Personal Data under the applicable Personal Data protection laws of the Customer’s jurisdiction. „Osobní údaje“ znamenají údaje, včetně, nikoliv však výlučně, informací trestněprávní povahy, a další informace, které se týkají živé fyzické osoby a které jsou definovány jako Osobní údaje na základě příslušných zákonů o ochraně Osobních údajů v Zákazníkově jurisdikci.

The Parties will implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect Personal Data.
Contractor and Pfizer will ensure that their personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, have received appropriate training on their responsibilities, and have executed written confidentiality agreements or are otherwise subject to professional obligations of confidentiality.

More Definitions of Personal Data
Personal Data means any information relating to a Data Subject which is protected under Data Protection Law. For the purposes of the DPA, it includes only personal data which is supplied to or accessed by SAP or its Subprocessors in order to provide the SAP Support or Professional Services under the Agreement.

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (a “Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person , as set out in Article 4(1) of the GDPR;
Personal Data means, any personal data or personally identifiable information Data Processor, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, subcontractors and representatives may gain access to in relation to the Agreement, including, in addition to any other definition in this Data Processing Agreement, any information which identifies or is capable of identifying a living individual (“Data Subject”), which is otherwise defined as Personal Data by applicable laws. The following information is deemed to be Personal Data for the purposes of the Agreement; information relating to patients, consumers, physicians, Data Controller or Data Controller’s customers, employees, personnel, shareholders, suppliers, consultants and competitors, whether verbal or recorded in any form or medium, disclosed to Data Processor, or collected by Data Processor on Data Controller’s behalf in order to provide the services. Personal Data means personal data pursuant to the GDPR. Each such concluded Order will be deemed incorporated by reference into and governed by this Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and an Order, the terms of this Agreement prevail. Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ROCHE and/or any of its Affiliates will provide CUSTOMER with the IT Solutions and Services as set forth in the Order. ROCHE and/or any of its Affiliates will make the IT Solutions available to CUSTOMER (e.g. through the internet), and will provide other Services (e.g. through the internet, by telephone or in-person) as specified in the applicable Order. CUSTOMER hereby acknowledges and agrees that ROCHE may provide certain Services by engaging subcontractors, consultants and other third parties at ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ sole discretion.
