Payment for Direct Purchases. If any purchases are made directly with ForgeRock pursuant to this Agreement, all Fees due hereunder will be on the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise provided therein, Fees are: (a) invoiced upon the Order Form Effective Date or upon ForgeRock’s acceptance of a purchase order, as applicable; (b) based upon the number of Identity Licenses purchased, even if actual usage is lower; and
