The Client declares that in case of delivery of data of third persons to the Bank during the negotiation or performance of the Frame Agreement the Client is entitled to transfer such data to the Bank in order to administrate them for the purpose of conclusion and performance of the Frame Agreement and such data shall be kept by the Bank subsequently as part of the contractual documentation for a period required by the legal regulations.
