Remedy for Services Warranty. As ForgeRock’s entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy for breach of the warranty set forth in Section 9.1(a), if Customer notifies ForgeRock in writing within ten (10) days of completion of the applicable Services, ForgeRock shall re-perform such services at no additional cost to Customer.
