Exceptions to Obligation. Notwithstanding Section. 8.1 (Obligation), either party may disclose Confidential Information to the extent required by law, provided the other party uses commercially reasonable efforts to give the party owning the Confidential Information sufficient notice of such required disclosure to allow the party owning the Confidential Information reasonable opportunity to object to and to take legal action to prevent such disclosure.
