Repayment. 7.1. The amount to be repaid to Ferratum is indicated in your Statement. Failure to receivethe Statement does not relieve you of the obligation to repay the amounts due. If theStatement is not received within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date on which it is due tobe issued, you shall notify Ferratum. 7.2. You shall settle at least the Minimum Payment Amount by Due Date. You may repay a higher amount at any time at no extra cost by using the same procedure for repayment as indicated in this clause. Any amounts payable to Ferratum must be repaid in Czech Crown (Kč). Otherwise, you shall cover all costs related to the exchange of such currency to Czech Crown. 7.3. You shall repay through the Account, if such possibility is offered by Ferratum, or by bank transfer to an account indicated by Ferratum in the Account indicating the variable symbol in the payment details. If this is not done and Ferratum is unable to identify the payment, then the payment is considered not to have been received and you shall be liable to pay the default interest. 7.4. Any amount shall be considered to have been repaid when it is received in the bank account of Ferratum. Fees imposed by your financial/credit institution for the transfer shall beat your cost. Ferratum reserves the right to refuse any payment made to it which is not receivedfrom a bank account held in your name. 7.5. You shall have the right to repay more than the Minimum Payment Amount at any time. If you decide to repay the Total Amount Due before Due Date, you shall notify Ferratum five business days in advance either by post or email to the relevant address stipulated in these Standard Terms. In case of early repayment, the interest due shall be calculated as a proportion of the time during which the Credit was actually used (i.e. which accrued until the date of repayment). In case You are unsure about the latter amount, the relevant information is available by calling or e-mailing Ferratum. For the avoidance of doubt, the drawdown Fee, if any, shall be the same and shall not be effected by early repayment. 7.6. In case of insufficient payments, the order of allotment shall be the following: (1) any costs of recovery of any amounts due; (2) any default interest; (3) the nominal interest, (4) the Credit, and, (5) any other amounts owed by you. Repayment. 8.1 The Loan together with all applicable fees and charges must be repaid in Czech Republic Crown within the agreed term, as specified on the invoice, which shall commence to run from the date on which the Loan is transferred to the bank account indicated by the Customer or the date on which the Loan is disbursed to the Customer. Disbursements made via the Post Office shall, for this purpose, be considered to have been made three calendar days after acceptance of the Loan Application by Ferratum. If the Customer performs its payment obligations in any other currency, he or she shall cover all costs related to the exchange of such currency to the Czech Republic Crown. 8.2 The invoice shall, until the amounts indicated thereon are still due, be available at all times on the Account and may be saved in pdf file format. Each Customer may request the invoice to be sent to his/her personal e-mail or by post free of charge. In case of an extension, a new invoice shall be sent. Failure to receive the invoice does not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay the amount due. In case no invoice is received within 5 calendar days as of Loan disbursement or extension, the Customer shall notify Ferratum thereof. Non receipt of the invoice does not relieve the Customer from the obligation to make repayments. 8.3 The invoice shall indicate the total amount to be repaid, which amount shall further be broken down into the principal Loan amount and the Loan Fee. The invoice shall furthermore include the Loan term, the monthly repayment amounts, if any, and the date on which the payment/s are due as well as the bank account number to which payments have to be made. 8.4 The repayment shall be made to any one of the bank accounts indicated on the invoice. The fee imposed by the relevant service provider for the transfer shall be incurred by the Customer. Where Customers have received the Loan via bank transfer to their own personal accounts, the repayments have to be made through a personal bank account of the Customer. Ferratum reserves the right to reject any payment which is not made through an account held in the Customer’s own name at the Customer’s expense. 8.5 The Customer shall indicate the invoice number in the payment details of the bank transfer. If this is not done and Ferratum is unable to identify the payment, then the payment is considered not to have been received and the Customer shall be liable to pay the default penalty or interest in terms of these Stan...
Repayment. The Client shall repay the Credit along all costs related to the Credit in regular monthly instalments in the amount corresponding the Minimal Instalment, in periods stipulated within the Agreement. Aside from the Agreement, the Statement also contains all necessary data for repayment of the Credit and all incurred costs. The Statement is available to the Client in the Account in pdf. format. Every Client may request from the Company to send the Statement free of charge to his personal email. Not receiving the Statement does not relieve the Client of liability for payment of the total provided amount under the Agreement. The Company reserves the right to refuse a payment, which shall not be executed via account held in the name of the Client or via account, which is not considered Bank Account EU/EEA. The Client at executing a bank transfer payment shall state the number of respective Statement as variable symbol. Should the Client fail to act as aforementioned and the Company would not be able to identify the payment, the Company shall deem the payment as uncertain, thus not received, while the respective debts of the Client shall not be satisfied.

Non receipt of the Statement does not relieve the Customer from the obligation to make repayments. 9.3 The Statement shall indicate the Minimum Payment Amount, the Credit, the Applicable Fees, the Due Date and any other charges payable by the Customer in terms of the Credit Agreement, including default penalties for late payments. The Statement shall furthermore indicate the bank account number to which payments have to be made. For the avoidance of doubt, the Statement shall reflect the amounts due to Ferratum as at the date prior to date on which it is issued, which amount shall be calculated on the basis that the Customer shall pay the Minimum Payment Amount on the Due Date. It is understood and agreed that any changes to the amounts due to Ferratum caused by payments by the Customer or an increase in the Credit outstanding through a draw down following the date preceding the issue of a Statement shall be reflected in the subsequent Statement. 9.4 The repayment shall be made to a bank account indicated by Ferratum. The Customer can choose between any one of the bank accounts indicated on the Statement. The fee imposed by the relevant service provider for the transfer shall be incurred by the Customer. The Customer shall moreover pay the Credit, the Applicable Fees and any other charges payable in terms of the Credit Agreement and these Standard Terms to Ferratum through a bank account held in the Customer’s name. Ferratum reserves the right to refuse any payment made to it which is not received from a bank account held in the Customer’s name.

  • Závěrečná zpráva a žádost o doplatek Do 30 kalendářních dnů od data ukončení projektu uvedeného v článku I.2.2 musí příjemce předložit závěrečnou zprávu o realizaci projektu. Tato zpráva musí obsahovat informace potřebné pro odůvodnění požadovaného grantového příspěvku na základě jednotkových příspěvků, má-li grant formu náhrady jednotkových příspěvků nebo na základě náhrad způsobilých skutečně vynaložených nákladů v souladu s přílohou III. Závěrečná zpráva je považována za žádost příjemce o vyplacení doplatku grantu. Příjemce ručí za to, že informace uvedené v žádosti o doplatek jsou úplné, spolehlivé a pravdivé. Dále ručí za to, že vynaložené náklady lze považovat za způsobilé podle této smlouvy a že žádost o doplatek je podložena náležitými podklady, které mohou být posouzeny v rámci kontrol nebo auditů popsaných v článku II.27.
