Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties. The Provider is obliged to carry out the activities referred to in article II of this Contract in person. Tasks, which are the subject of this Contract are carried out professionally and in accordance with the deadlines defined in article II, point 1 of this Contract or in the article III paragraph 4 of the Contract.
