Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. If any provision in this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed not to form part of this Agreement, and shall be given effect as if the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had been deleted. 13.8
