Subrogation. In the event of any payment under this Policy, the Insurers shall be subrogated to all the Insured's rights of recovery therefor against any person or organisation. The Insured shall do whatever is necessary to secure such rights and shall co-operate with the Insurers and, upon the Insurers’ request, shall assist in effecting settlement, securing evidence, obtaining attendance of witnesses and in the conduct of suits. Any expenses incurred upon such request of the Insurers shall be paid by the Insurers.
