Inadvertent Errors or Omissions. Inadvertent errors or omissions or failure to give notice to the Insurers as herein required shall not relieve the Insurers of liability under this Policy, provided that such error or omission or failure shall be corrected as soon as discovered. When an Occurrence or Grounding takes place, written notice shall be given by or on behalf of the Insured to the Insurers through their authorised agents appointed for this purpose (as set forth in the Schedule) as soon as practicable. 3 Such notice shall contain reasonably obtainable information respecting the time, place and circumstances of the Occurrence and the names and addresses of available witnesses.
