The Data Recipient undertakes at the Data. Provider’s request to: 6.1.1 return any Confidential information that has been transmitted in material form (in writing or electronically) and any other documents containing or deriving any Confidential information; 6.1.2 return or destroy copies, extracts or other total or partial reproductions or records of such Confidential information; 6.1.3 destroy all documents or other writings produced on the basis of the Confidential information without undue delay; 6.1.4 destroy materials stored on computers, word processors, or other devices containing Confidential information.
