The legal effects of this Agreement last until the full fulfillment of all obligations of the Parties under this Agreement. 3.6 The Agreement or the participation of one or more Parties may be terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Provider, the Council of the Center or the Party may initiate the termination. It is possible to terminate the entire Project, or only the participation of one or more Parties. If the Council of the Center terminates a Party's participation in the Center, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated for the Party concerned, subject to the provisions persisting after the expiration or termination of the Agreement pursuant to Article 3.7 of this Agreement.
