Náklady na přeorganizování cesty. “ jsou všechny cestovní náklady a náklady na ubytování v přiměřené výši vynaložené v souvislosti s dokončením probíhající cesty týmž pojištěným, pokud cesta musí být zkrácena nebo jinak přeorganizována, s tím, že úroveň podmínek cestování a ubytování může dosahovat, avšak nesmí převyšovat úroveň sjednanou pro původní cestu. 2.5.2

Specific definitions applicable to Cancellation, Alteration, Curtailment, Replacement and/or Rearrangement Expenses: “Cancellation expenses” shall mean loss of deposits or charges for advance payments for travel or accommodation or other charges which have not been or will not be used but which become forfeit or payable under a contract about providing services, or other respective contract. “Alteration of itinerary or curtailment expenses” shall mean: 1. Loss of deposits, or charges for advance payments for travel or accommodation or other charges which have not been and will not be used, but which become forfeit or payable under a contract about providing services, or other respective contract; and 2. Additional travel and accommodation expenses. “Replacement Expenses” shall mean all reasonable travel and accommodation costs incurred in sending a replacement employee to complete the original journey provided that such travel and accommodation shall be of a standard up to but not exceeding that used by the original insured. “Rearrangement Expenses” shall mean all reasonable travel and accommodation costs incurred in sending the original insured to complete the curtailed journey provided that such travel and accommodation shall be of a standard up to but not exceeding that used in the original journey.
