If the Bank or other provider of payment services causes erroneous execution of a payment operation to the debit or to the credit of the Client’s Account, it shall perform corrective settlement to the debit or to the credit of the Account, on the initiative of the Bank or the other provider of payment services that maintains the Account of the payer or the recipient of the incorrectly executed payment operation, in accordance with the Payment Services Act.
Throughout the duration of a contractual relationship and in relation to the provision of the Payment Services, the Bank shall provide the Client – Consumer upon his/her request with free information on the Bank, Payment Service to be provided, means of communications with the Bank, Payment Services Contract entered into with the Bank, as well as Bank’s and Client’s duties and liability,46 primarily via an Internet banking service pursuant to the Payments Act.

The Client – Consumer shall be entitled to terminate a Payment Services Contract at any time (even if the Contract has been entered into for a definite period of time).
