Advantage of “My Space” on Portal. a) The bidder can upload Non Sensitive frequently asked documents prior at any point of time once he logs in to the application. These are not encrypted. b) These documents can be anything like PAN Certificate, VAT Certificate, Equipment Details, Manpower Details, Copies of Balance Sheet of last few years, Details of quantity of work executed etc. c) In some cases, the TIA might have uploaded a format while in many cases it may just be a scanned copy of the original which needs to be uploaded. d) This will avoid repeated upload of common documents and also save space and time.
