Delivery. Our terms of delivery are ex warehouse, excluding packaging. Orders are shipped for the buyer’s own account and risk. Unless we have been otherwise instructed in writ- ing, we shall choose the means and route of transport at our own discretion.

Abonnenten og dennes medarbejdere kan begynde at bruge Sub-Domænet umiddelbart efter at have oprettet sit eget Bruger-ID og adgangskode. On the Effective Date Actee shall convey to Subscriber information of its Subscription account in order for Subscriber to create its own User ID and password to be used for access to the designated Sub-Domain accessible by Subscribers and their employees only. Subscriber and its employees may commence use of the Sub-Domain immediately after having created its own User ID and password. In respect of Subscriber’s and Users’ upload of information, incl. information for use of the LM Concept, as well as possible own employee- training tools for the designated Sub-Domain, the LM Concept and/or Actee’s Apps, such information and own training tools shall be subject to Actee’s system requirements, incl. structuring and classification of such information, so that it meets the requirements of the Sub-Domain, the LM Concept’s and/or Actee’s Apps’ .
Delivery. DMTonline ApS strive to deliver stocked products the next working day after received order. • Pls. note the order must be submitted before 3 p.m. on weekdays, and Friday before 2 p.m. • Other products and special sourced products are normally delivered within 5-7 working days. • Delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order unless written accept by DMTonline ApS. • DMTonline ApS is exempted from any fines, claims and compensation for delayed delivery or compensation for any occurred losses related to delivery.
Delivery. Deliveries from the seller's warehouse for orders over DKK 4,000 ex. VAT is delivered free of charge in Denmark, except Greenland and the Faroe Islands. For delivery of orders less than DKK 4,000 ex. VAT, a freight surcharge will be imposed on the invoice depending on the form of delivery. (The freight surcharge can always be disclosed before the order is placed).
Delivery. Delivery occurs, unless otherwise agreed, from Scan- vogn’s address – ex works, Tornby Incoterms 2010. The specified period of delivery from the order confirmation are according to best estimate and with reservation for reasonable time overruns. Thus Scanvogn is entitled to postpone the delivery if deemed necessary unless the parties has an explicit agreement on a specific time of de- livery. The buyer will receive written notification about the delay and if possible information about the time when the deliv- ery can be expected to occur. After the specified period of delivery or specifically agreed time of delivery, the buyer is entitled to cancel the order if delivery has not taken place within 3 weeks after such cancelation has been issued in writing to Scanvogn.
Delivery. For purchases through the webshop, we offer delivery to addresses throughout the EU. Deli- very to all other countries can be made by sending an order to xxxx@xxxxxx.xx. It is possible to pick up ordered and paid orders at our warehouse at Xxxxxxxxxx 00, 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx. Orders from stock are shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received. For speci- al orders, the delivery time is stated on the invoice/order confirmation. The delivery time for factory orders is for guidance only. MAROKK cannot be held accountable for indirect losses due to a delayed delivery.
