Booking of a marketing service. The booking of a marketing service (“individual order”) is realised by the Seller authorising a budget to the Operator for a specific marketing service. The separate placement of an order in text form according to section 126b of the German Civil Code or written form according to section 126 of the German Civil Code is not required. By authorising the corresponding budget, the Seller agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the special conditions applicable to the marketing service in each case.
