Compliance with law. 13.1 We are responsible for compliance with relevant provisions of German law (product liability and safety laws), unless the matter is regulated by agreement, when products manufactured in Germany are exported. The observation and fulfilment of the relevant foreign trade laws and provisions and any other laws outside Germany is the buyer's obligation. The buyer shall advise us in writing of any particularities resulting from these regulations.
Compliance with law. 7.1 Einhaltung von Gesetzen.
(a) in the case of Qualtrics, the operation of Qualtrics’ business as it relates to the Cloud Service, and (a) dem Betrieb des Geschäfts von Qualtrics, soweit er sich auf den Cloud-Service bezieht und sofern es sich bei der Partei um Qualtrics handelt, und
(b) in the case of Customer, the Customer Data and Customer’s use of the Cloud Service. (b) den Kundendaten und der Nutzung des Cloud-Service durch den Kunden, sofern es sich bei der Partei um den Kunden handelt.
