Containers Belonging to the CUSTOMER. Where the CUSTOMER provides its own containers, it has sole responsibility for ensuring that they are suitable for transport purposes. If we have to take additional measures during transportation because the CUSTOMER‘s containers have defects or because it did not load them properly, the CUSTOMER will bear the costs of such measures.
