Delivery / Shipment. Unless otherwise stated, delivery shall be made from the Seller's registered office to the delivery address specified by the Buyer. Unless a different delivery period is specified for the respective goods, the delivery time for deliveries within Germany may be up to 5 working days after order confirmation and full receipt of payment of the purchase price by the Seller. For deliveries outside Germany, in particular parcels, the delivery time is up to 10 working days. If the goods selected by the Buyer are temporarily no longer available, the Seller shall inform the Buyer of this immediately in the order confirmation. If the goods are permanently unavailable, the Seller shall refrain from issuing a declaration of acceptance and sending an invoice. In this case, a contract shall not be concluded.
