Offers. (1) The presentation of the goods in the online shop is not yet an offer to conclude the contract. The buyer can select goods from the seller's range and collect them in a so- called electronic shopping cart via the "Shopping Cart" button. By submitting his order ("order subject to payment"), the buyer makes an offer to the seller to conclude a contract. Before submitting the order, the buyer can change and view the data at any time, which also gives him the opportunity to identify and correct any input errors. However, the application can only be submitted and transmitted if the buyer, by activating the checkbox labelled "I have accepted the General Terms and Conditions", has accepted these contractual terms and conditions and thereby included them in his application.
(2) The buyer will then receive a message confirming receipt of the order and listing its details (order confirmation). This message serves only to inform the buyer about the receipt and the content of the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the offer by the seller. A purchase contract shall only be concluded when the Seller sends the invoice. The sending of the invoice is the Seller's acceptance of the Buyer's offer and thus the order confirmation. The goods shall be dispatched after payment of the invoice. The seller confirms the dispatch of the goods in another message (dispatch confirmation). As a consumer, the buyer is entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy below (section 8. of these GTC).
