Interpretation of Conflicting Terms – Order of precedence. In the event of any inconsistency between the contractual documents, the order of precedence shall be as follows: (i) the Quote and its exhibits/appendix, (ii) Territory Specific Terms, (iii) Product Specific terms (if any), (iv) these Terms and Conditions, and (v) any other URL terms.
